Do you allow CGI to run on your servers?

We do allow running of cgi scripts on the servers, however they must conform to our acceptable server resource usage policy. If we deem that a script is using an excessive amount of server resources, it will be disabled.

Do you have Front-Page extensions?

Yes, we do offer Front Page extensions. If you want to remove and/or add Front Page extensions to your account, you can do it in your Control Panel.

Do you provide backup processing?

We backup the data on our servers each night. We make both a local backup to a secondary drive as well as an off-site backup to a completely different server. Each account is backed up individually, so we are able to restore data for individual accounts.

Do you offer Fantastico/What is Fantastico?

Fantastico is available to each of our hosting customers. It enables you to quickly and easily install many scripts that can help you build you web site. Fantastico can install Discussion Boards, Blogs, Content Management Systems, Image Galleries, and muc

Do you offer Webmail?

Yes. You can access your web mail by going to http://[yourdomainname]/webmail. When prompted for a username and password enter in the email address you want to check and the associated password.

Do you offer Shared SSL?

Yes we do! All hosting accounts can use our Shared SSL certificate. If you would like to take advantage of this, please open a ticket with our Support Department and we can instruct you on how to utilize it.

Do you offer SPAM protection?

Yes, we certainly do! We offer Spam Assassin on all our hosting accounts. It is disabled by default, however you can turn it on very easily in your control panel.
